This guy an ENTJ? What ENTJ would perform that badly at officer school and then storm out impulsively and risk being made cannon fodder because they disagreed with the principles of the whole thing? He is clearly a very heavy Fi user. He seems to view morality as black and white which is more ISFP than INFP (the latter tend to question more and be less certain because they see many perspectives with Ne). He is definitely very assertive for an Fi dom (again more indicative of Se aux), and I think this might be counterphobic 6 at work (with 8 and 4, super aggressive tritype).
