Okay I think he has to be 8 not 3 or 1. Look at his relation to power and control and how it can explain his actions. His murder of his wife seems a lot more like "I can't let you do this" than enacting some high ideal of justice. And all his screentime where he basically goes berserk over losing control over situations and how he impulsively shoots at people more or less to put them in their place. And consistently getting high off the way he is controlling situations when he's able to. He is mainly concerned with making people suffer for crossing HIM, not for their corrupt moral character. He embraces his own internal corruption and lust for vengeance.
