Biografi
A sunglasses-wearing man who fights using two revolvers. His ability is Unbelievable, which allows him to ricochet bullets into targets so long as he aims away from them. He believes that he is the only one capable of killing God and believes Juiz and the Union are held back by their naïve desire to protect the world at large instead of sacrificing them to further their own goals.
