Biografia
A sunglasses-wearing man who fights using two revolvers. His ability is Unbelievable, which allows him to ricochet bullets into targets so long as he aims away from them. The former Number 3 Negator of the Union, who was secretly the leader and Number 1 Negator of Under the whole time. He believes that he is the only one capable of killing God and believes Juiz and the Union are held back by their naïve desire to protect the world at large instead of sacrificing them to further their own goals. His Unfair allows him to copy a Negator’s abilities so long as the Negator views him as a threat.
