Kepribadian
"Jenis kepribadian apa itu Rupert Giles? Rupert Giles adalah tipe kepribadian INTJ di mbti, 5w6 - so/sp - 512 di enneagram, RCOAI dalam Big 5, LSI dalam socionics."
Yeah, his Ni isn't as clear as it is in other INxJ characters (yeah, cause he doesn't have... goals! Fake Ni user!!!), but I see way more inferior Se (overindulgence, impulsiveness and poor physical state under stress) than inferior Ne (not being able to see more possibilities and imagining worst-case scenarios). He doesn't seem to store sensorial experiences to consolidate standards, I see his introverted perceiving as more abstract, big-picture-ish, and symbolic. He doesn't describe stuff in details either and always seeks for a conclusion. I mainly noticed that at that moment when he thought it was time for him to leave Buffy and go to England; that she has become a woman that doesn't need him anymore. His approach to things is often in conflict with Buffy's (Se-dom) for he's always focused on acting accordingly to insights (e.g. Buffy's a Slayer and needs to save the world). Damn, Buffy even gets down sometimes about the way she's not who he thinks she should be, which is not a clearly defined ideal. His standards are just there, we don't get to know much about specifically where he got them from. He doesn't bother to point out concrete past experiences. Giles has some hunches too... But yeah, ISTJ isn't that inaccurate, Idk. Though linking Si to tradition every time and only having that as an argument is kind of stupid. He isn't even that traditional anyways if you watched the whole show
Biografi
Giles (portrayed by #AnthonyStewartHead), rarely referred to by his first name, is a Watcher and a member of the Watchers' Council, whose job is to train Slayers. In the earlier seasons, Giles researched the supernatural creatures that Buffy must face, offered insights into their origins and advice on how to kill them. Throughout the series, he became a father-figure to Buffy, Willow, Xander, and the others, giving them advice not only on the supernatural world, but on life issues as well.
