Though perhaps, she was too blinded by her love towards him. Despite her noticing how "out or character" he seemed during that infamous 'fix the door' scene, she nevertheless, didn't mind him taking advantage of her generosity and kindness, when he demanded a glass of milk and also, demanding her to make a fresh batch of cookies with nuts.
