She's definitely an Ni dom. I have not read the novel so I can't tell what the INTJ points are, but I'm 100% certain that she's an Ni-dom. INTPs can't think as fast and broad as Ni dom (or any N-dom) and Siesta is Not An INTP. INTPs are more methodical, that's why they have tertiary Si. They are more Sensor-ish compared to true iNtuitives that are N-doms (INTJ INFJ ENTP ENFP). This is why INxPs are only considered N-aux. Also INTPs are Fe-weak and Siesta is definitely not extroverted judging function weak. That's with my 8-years knowledge of typology.
