I think Marke is clearly Fe Dom. But I think he uses Ni over Si because you see him eschew tradition in favour of innovation quite a bit. In making Tristan his successor and in trying to unite the kingdoms. I think someone who favours Si more strongly would have been more likely to take a tested path in these scenarios. Instead, Mark is dedicating his life and political career to his idea of uniting the kingdoms when that’s never been done before. At one point he also said to Tristan that he is able to read people at first glance (which may also be a little hint to using Ni though it’s a weaker example compared to his abstract political goals that screams Ni).
