I think Marke is clearly Fe Dom. But I think he uses Ni over Si because you see him eschew tradition in favour of innovation quite a bit. In making Tristan his successor and in trying to unite the kingdoms. I think someone who favours Si more strongly would have been more likely to take the conventional path in these scenarios. At one point he also said to Tristan that he is able to read people at first glance (which may also hint to using Ni).
