My queen. All her character arc is based on how she's trapped in her Si pattern towards Shiori. She's unable to go through it, besides being totally capable of winning against Utena in a duel. It's her Si pain what makes her lose all the duels in that 'miraculous' way. The inferior Ne is just flagrant, she is absolutely unable to see any abstract possibility of escape through her pain. And well, her counterphobic negation of miracles is a very Si-dom/Ne-inf thing to do. Her Si-Fi loop is what forces her to be trapped in Ohtori Academy.
