As I see it, he's more Fe motivated because of his desire to keep people happy/contented and to keep up the energy of Jabberwock. Falls very short with Ren because Haru works off of his understanding of social energy/how people typically are but Ren is VERY atypical logistically (Ti dominant guy lol). He also seems to keep all info to himself under the guise that he can "keep things running" on his own... which has Fe implications as well considering that he believes that letting the other Jabberwock members know how "bad things get" could discourage them/make them feel bad. ^ Ties in with Ni. His Fe works in close tandem tbh. His motivation for controlling others actions isn't inherently manipulative in a bad way --- but he assumes the needs/wants of other people while acting alone, meaning he orchestrates things to align with his path/goals. He's also very "on his feet" (grounded in reality) but also on his feet as in that he's working from moment to moment without rest. Very Se, lives in the present moment with not much regard for the future SPOILERS FOR CHAPTER 24 This is his biggest downfall and leads to his falling out with Towa/Ren because he assumes their needs and fails to understand the logic behind Towa/Ren's emotions (Ti inf). It's also an indication of poor Se usage because he focused only on the present without thinking too much about future consequences. Plus the folly of well developed Ni being that, when things DON'T turn out as he expects, he doesn't know what to do.
