An interesting one. This is subject to change since there aren't many chapters to go by yet, but his Se can be said to behave like mobilizing and Si PoLR is fitting, considering his self-destructive tendencies. In the very first chapter we saw Skywarp having to put his foot down and refuse to continue chasing the Autobots, otherwise Starscream would have kept going until they ran into the ground, not to mention how he simply doesn't stay down is almost a running gag by now. He's shot and beaten and suffers all manner of grievous and sometimes hilarious injuries, then simply gets up and goes back for more. The fact that it looks like they're going for a coward, "all talk no shock" version of Starscream also makes mobilizing Se more likely than base. The G1 cartoon version of Starscream was callous and had no compunction, but it was all tempered by a certain pragmatism. He didn't freely antagonize anyone other than Megatron (and even that wasn't just for the lulz), he wasn't very popular but wasn't hated either and always advocated for doing things the most expedient way possible. This one has pretty strong moral judgements about the Autobots and goes out of his way to be cruel to them, something that cost the Decepticons a lot of good opportunities. That's already enough to show that Fe > Te. He said that he does "what has to be done" in #1, but what he actually does is what has the biggest shock value. In that case it was shooting the unconscious Bumblebee to affect Jetfire, later it was burning down a hospital instead of simply executing Optimus and being done with it. It's also interesting how, despite how deranged he has been acting since awakening, it's not looking like he is someone generally despised. In fact, he's apparently pretty popular! Jetfire regarded him as a friend and the Constructicons also called him that, Reflector and Frenzy seemed content to be welcomed back into the world of the living by him, and Thundercracker trusted him blindly. No Decepticon's first reaction upon waking up and seeing him is "oh sh**, it's Starscream".
