Let me direct you to her dialogue with Eiki in her PoFV story; Eiki states that her biggest sin is how cold she is to other humans to which Sakuya replies by calling herself "a knife with no humane blood". Having your greatest sin be coldness towards other people and justifying it by comparing oneself to a tool isn't what I'd associate with high Fe as you can imagine. She's either ISTJ or ISTP, but I'm leaning more towards ISTJ because Si-Fi would explain her attachment to serving Remilia with such fierce loyalty.
