Having your greatest sin be coldness towards other people and justifying it by comparing oneself to a tool isn't what I'd associate with high Fe as you can imagine. She's either ISTJ or ISTP, but I'm leaning more towards ISTJ because Si-Fi would explain her attachment to serving Remilia with such fierce loyalty.
