Cognitive extraversion isn't the same as "being an introvert" and Ne doms can be more introverted since Ne is a function about external ideas. If Yoshiko was an INTP, she would be more focused on logical accuracy but her focus is on exploring ideas which is Ne > Ti. Being socially awkward/anxious don't necessarilly means inferior Fe, and Yoshiko actually has a good use of Fe, since she always notices the social situations and enters in her persona to adapt and satisfy her Ne-Fe but is too anxious to keep it. Her inferior Si can be seem on her persona, which she knows that isn't a trustable social method but still does it because of dominant Ne creativity.
