Cognitive extraversion isn't the same as "being an introvert" and Ne doms can be more introverted since Ne is a function about external ideas. If Yoshiko was an INTP, she would be more focused on logical accuracy but her focus is on exploring ideas which is Ne > Ti. Being socially awkward/anxious don't necessarilly means inferior Fe, and Yoshiko actually has a good use of Fe, since she always notices the social situations and enters in her persona to adapt and satisfy her Ne-Fe but is too anxious to keep it. Her inferior Si can be seem on her persona, which she knows that isn't a trustable social method but still does it because of dominant Ne creativity. If you have seen Steins;Gate compare her with Okabe Rintarou, they both act very similarly in the way they feed their Ne-Fe using personas which seems a very ENTP thing.

Yoshiko Tsushima, also known as Yohane (ヨハネ Yohane), is one of the nine main characters of Love Live! Sunshine!!. She is a first year in Uranohoshi Girls' High School. Her image color is gray, but is often depicted as grayish-blue. She is a member of Guilty Kiss, a sub-unit under Aqours.
