I can't deny it, I dislike him, not in the sense that I don't listen to a damn thing Travis says about the citizens, but because this guy wants to leave power and control in the hands of people who don't even know how to do it. The worst thing you can do as mayor of a state is allow "the people to rule" simply so they can make their own decisions. You wouldn't have run for office if you were going to give free rein to those who further corrupt the image of the citizens by doing whatever comes to mind. That's why Travis hated that everyone in that state was like that, and why wouldn't he? Daily murders, robberies, pimps, and pedophiles running loose, and on top of that, he says that's something the people decide? I seriously can't believe this character is so incredibly wheird, seriously, but I do think he's a 3w2 because of that very point. He much prefers having a good public image to knowing how to control and maintain a people in democracy and self-sufficiency, and I think the trust he places in others to do whatever they want (which is basically what he meant) is a clear example of a Fe Dom
