I do understand that Se can be seen as a very action oriented function but Te dominant makes more sense. Te wants the utility and pragmatism of things. They want to see if things function or not. So it would make sense if Te would say actions speak louder than words because they use observable evidence such as actions to prove objects even people's competence. Te tries to get things done and is a very action oriented or productive function due to their desire to get results. Te is a very rational,pragmatic,and utilitarian based thinking. I'm voting ENTJ because they have that third slot Se which can take more action in the physical here and now.
