wait, can someone explain why 6w7 over 7w6?? I don't know much but I'm pretty sure she's a type 7, not a 6 Basically, the whole 7 character revolves around avoiding negative emotions and emotional pain, because they fear it, by minimizing them and amplifying the positive emotions like excitement. This doesn't mean they are always happy, but that they just tend to put their more unpleasant emotions on the back burner, until they end up leaking out in bursts. THIS. IS. LITERALLY. JIHYE. We can see it with Yoo Jonghyuk, she had just lost her ******* best friend when she met this cool guy in a black coat; one brings excitement while the other brings pain, so what did she do? Start focusing only on Yoo Jonghyuk and how to be like him as a way to avoid thinking about Na Bori's death and all the emotions that came within. Another example is in the Dark Castle scenario, Dokja had just died and she went straight into the scenario even though it was dangerous (which if she were 6, I feel like she would've been much more careful), I know it was also bc of guilt, but it works as another way to distract herself from the pain since fighting brings excitement. Also, the fact that by minimizing these emotions 7's will end up having outbursts- I can't count the times Jihye has had an anger, sadness, or anxiety outburst, especially towards Dokja, because she has minimized these negative emotions for too long. Some other traits that bring me to believe that Jihye is a type 7 are, their lack of discipline, they're always searching for shortcuts to avoid the hard stuff unless it's something they really want. Again, this literally describes Jihye, they've told us she used to be a very lazy student, which shows us her lack of discipline, however, when practising with Yoo Jonghyuk she used to be very disciplined because she WANTED to be like Yoo Jonghyuk., it is something that she wanted, so she did work for it. The other trait is that, since 7's they tend to minimize the negative, they also do this with the negative aspects of other people, ending up idolizing them. Ain't this what she does with Yoo Jonghyuk and Jung Heewon?? Anyways, I won't deny she still has some type 6 traits but I believe they are more because of the influence as a wing. So yeah, this is why I think Jihye is a type 7 and not a 6. I can't believe I've just ******* wrote a whole *** bible to explain it- Anyways, of course, I can be wrong, and I don't know that much about the enneagram as well, so if you think something else or you do know why she is a type 6 and not a 7, please explain, I would appreciate it :)
