(1/2) I have come back to this page, I have read up to chapter 366, and I have concluded that I hate 5 cores. spoilers ahead, obviously, I wanted to finish the novel before commenting here but the translator on boxnovel changes on chapter 364 and it’s extremely difficult to read so instead of catching up with my friend I am going to cry about how stupid kim dokja is instead. INTJ since the votes are between INFJ and INTJ, I’m not going to argue too hard for dom Ni because kim dokja is almost entirely composed of Ni to a degree to which it becomes a public safety hazard. his aux Te is very well-developed and evident in the way that, as opposed to directly dealing with the emotional states of the rest of the party, he works to create the optimal future outcome and structure under which they can thrive and undergo character development based on the information provided by WOS/TWSA/etc (from now on I will be referring to the book as wos for clarity). also, you could argue this to be logic-valuing tert Fi instead, but in any instance that kim dokja acts on an emotional impulse, misguided altruism, or literally Anything That Isn’t Rational, he immediately jumps to explain why it is actually a perfectly logical and selfish decision that he made because he is a terrible awful hypocrite who is cold and efficient no matter what. he makes the premature assumption that everyone else thinks the same way, including actual children, and as such does not realize that, hey, maybe his friends and family are being 100% genuine when they say that they do not want him to throw himself into the maw of an eldritch god. the one thing that I find to be ambiguous on whether it’s mbti Fi or socionics Fi/introverted ethics is his discrimination between the people that he likes and doesn’t like when making a choice of who to save in a life or death situation. I don’t think that it properly constitutes a value enough to be mbti Fi so I wouldn’t use this as an argument, but sometimes he does follow up his White Stairs statements with mbti Fi-ish statements such as “this 17 year old child already made the conscious decision to try to kill someone defenseless, so really, it wasn’t a moral transgression to eliminate a liability. I will not think about this obsessively for twenty chapters. I will not.” any Fe user would be much more careful of the values of both incarnations and constellations, I think. even when he already knows the sorts of morals and thought processes of characters, kim dokja has a bad habit of saying something clearly inflammatory and then coming up with a (..usually) mutually beneficial deal that the other party only agrees to because they have no other choice. this man stood up during an extremely important meeting between cosmic beings, causing a clearly negative reaction, held yoo jonghyuk’s hand with no prior notice, made a demand to said space gods with no prior notice, and then dropped the bomb that he was planning on creating a nebula *in less than three paragraphs*. I truly feel that even an assertive core INFJ would probably not do any of that. God 5w6 this section will be short because 5w6 is the overwhelming majority, but a few people have brought up the possibility of 4w5. kim dokja is competency reject in the absolute worst way possible. even putting WOS aside, he gathers information and absolutely refuses to tell anyone, whether it be for their personal safety or so that he can hold it over their heads and emphasize his usefulness so that people *need* him and his knowledge. his strong 4 fix (which i’d actually argue to be 4w3 but that’s for the tritype section) does create situations in which he feels as though everyone would be completely fine if he, say, disappeared for 3 entire years. 5s often feel unsafe in their families as children, and learn to rely on themselves in order to feel self-assured, retreating into themselves and focusing obsessively on becoming the expert of a thing, knowing the most about it, and in doing so they find security. I honestly don’t know if hyperfixating on a 3000+ chapter webnovel for over 10 years and becoming a god once that information becomes applicable to reality counts. I really, really hope it does. 548 I already made an argument for this in my previous post, but that was when I was a little baby child who had only read the webtoon. I stand by it. kim dokja does not make any attempt to hide his 4 first fix. from the beginning he puts heavy emphasis on the “i am not the protagonist, I am just a sad little reader man”. after that, any time anyone does anything cool or significant, he makes a comment on how utterly untalented and defective he is, or when he’s alone he thinks about how he’s a hypocrite who uses everyone around him for his own personal gain, how he is an absolute garbage dump of a person, which is not entirely incorrect but it is always terrible timing. Or, let me rephrase.
