It seems people on here are focusing too much on ENTPs tertiary Fe while ignoring ENFPs auxiliary Fi and an ENTPs auxiliaryTi. When deciding the core and consistent personality of a type, it is best to focus on the two strongest functions (dominant and auxiliary) and not the two weaker ones ( tertiary and inferior). The dominant and the auxiliary will usually be the functions to lead and take charge of one's personality. Ne-Ti is by far the MOST introverted extroverted function combination, and this is what your average ENTP will consistently display the most. Not Fe or Si. Ne-Ti is a very "in your head" or "internal" type of function. It's a function combination that will deeply ideate and analyze. This combo typically cause ENTPs to become stuck in their heads and to overanalyze situations. It can cause them to ignore their surroundings and to act very introverted in nature. it's a function combination that literally doesn't require people and can be contempt and function well on its own. Now for Ne-Fi. Something people seem to forget is that Fi is a function that deals with and NEEDS connection. Human connection. As opposed to Ti, Fi is a function that focuses on human values, beliefs, deep emotional connection and is HIGHLY empathetic. Empathy is something that REQUIRES human connection and interaction. This is only amplified when combined with Ne. When Ne and Fi are combined, the extraverted nature of Ne can amplify Fi's desire to connect with others, understand different perspectives, and share their inner values and beliefs with the world. Ne-Fi is also more extroverted because the individual is usually actively engaging with and responding to others' emotions and experiences. By connecting with others on an emotional level, sharing their own values and beliefs, and fostering deeper connections through empathy and understanding, Ne-Fi users can demonstrate extroverted traits such as sociability, warmth, and is typically far more open in comparison to Ne-ti.
