Gaius Baltar mbtiパーソナリティタイプ

個性

"Gaius Baltarはどのような性格タイプですか? Gaius Baltarは、ENTP in MBTI、3w4 - so/sp - 369 in Enneagram、 in Big 5、ILE in socionics のパーソナリティタイプです。"

I've seen a few people argue Gaius as an ENFP, and I understand why, because he's so emotional in a way we don't usually associate with thinkers. I really don't see any fi in him, though. He doesn't seem to have anything in the way of an internally derived moral code, or even a particularly strong sense of self - I've seen someone describe him as a "psycho-social chameleon", someone who will shape himself to fit whatever people around him want him to be in the moment (scientist, politician, religious leader, messiah). He plays all these different roles over the course of the series not because he personally believes in them, but because it's what other people want from him and therefore a way to feel valued and valuable. Even with a 3-core, this kind of excessive changeability in the interest of social approval is a pretty strong indicator against high-fi, imo. I wonder if Gaius might be a good example of a looping ENTP? This might explain his tendency towards emotional outbursts, sensitivity to criticism and general neediness better than high fi. I usually don't like to type in terms of loops/grips etc., but I think BSG is possibly an exception to this since the whole series is really just one long traumatic event for the characters, with everyone under constant stress for four seasons. What we see of Gaius pre-series does suggest someone a bit more detached and rational and less overtly emotional (though still concerned with others' opinions and susceptible to outbursts under stress).
