He disdains to use Fe for people other than relatives and friends, and he uses Te towards them all the time. And every time he leads a team to perform a mission, he likes to give Raphael and others clear instructions (Te) instead of mobilizing their emotional enthusiasm (Fe). His Fe is too business-oriented. The essence of this point has been mentioned in Season 4.
