I'd like to point out that The General never directly engages the Saints, instead preferring to lounge in his limo, smoke cigars and direct his underlings. Pretty classic INTJ villain trope right there. Even his boss fight involves him running away until cornered, then pulling out the armored attack truck with the machine gun.
