Okay spoilers ahead: it is very obvious to me how different she is from her son. While Paul wants in every way to save the people and prevent the Jihad (clear Fe) she is not interested in the common good. The fact that she wants to save her son is not directly a sign of Fe. She decides to conceive a boy because she thinks he will be the chosen one, she knows that sooner or later the harkonnen will come and kill everyone but she cares mainly about saving Paul and not about preventing the attack and save the others. To me these are signs of Fi> Fe. Also why 2w1? She has some 2, but she's way more a 1. After the timeskip even the relationship with her son has changed, she almost doesn't seem to care about him anymore, almost coming to hate him, even her relationship with Chani is not harmonious, she is too proud and even though she knows that she loves her she is unable to fully express it. When her son becomes emperor she leaves Arrakis, although she has become a very important member of the Fremen, because she is not interested in remaining on that planet, again no Fe or 2. And after the first book she doesn't even try to make peace with the Bene Gesserit, preferring to have her life on Caladan and not serving any other great good. Finally, Paul says that if he had died before his mother, she would have started the jihad (aka killing billions of innocents), what kind of 2w1 would do that?
