---SPOILERS--- I'm not good to explain something (and sorry for my bad english) but 3w4 never sit right for me. if you read LN, you'll find out that he never cares about achievement and self-image. Due to that he one day stopped pursuing power as his power efficiency became so high that any fights were too easy for him, causing him to remain as an Arch Demon despite having enough power to evolve into a Demon Peer already." before he meets rimuru he doesnt give a **** to people and environment around him, he just loves to play along and never had an ambition. as long he thought he's strongest and win every fights he was satisfied. after he meets rimuru, he started colleted all of his knowledge and developed all of his ability becauss he didn't want make rimuru disappointed of him. he try all of the best he can for the sake to impress his great lord rimuru-sama. yeah well i think people vote him as 3w4 because he's charismatic, but yk he only cares his self-image in front of rimuru. hilarious thing is when rimuru vs velgrynd battle he's just watching and giggling seeing rimuru while others fight with east empire. he neglect rimuru order and choose to satisfy himself up 😂
