Probably ENTJ, since he's the "evil conqueror who wants to rule over everything and doesn't give a shit about others" type, but his sadistic side and hatred of idealism seems more like a ExTP thing. Still probably ENTJ though, but maybe with an ExTP aftertaste.

Weil then corrupted the Mother Elf into the Dark Elf and caused the Elf Wars, all to justify Project Elpizo. Once he was defeated, he was made a cyborg and exiled.
