In the lore,Lionel was an expert tactician and strategist.This indicates XXTJ.Furthermore,given his progressiveness (to the point where people would try to assassinate him),i would lean towards XNTJ.Now,for the I/E .The position of warmaster was contested between Horus and Lion,unfortunately going to Horus.Accordind to some primarchs,it was the charisma and ubiquitous respect of Horus that landed him the position.Lion was too secretive (just like the dark angels) and broodin.According to Malcador, he was moving like an apex predator.It is characteristic of introverts to think before they act,in contrast to extroverts (warning,great genealization).It is too close,however i give it to INTJ.Although i can understand why the vote for ENTJ.
