You're not a true ENTP 8w7 until the ENTJs start trying to claim you as one of their own. There is no Dominant Te in him, it only looks that way because of his enneagram. Doffy is literally the definition of Inferior Si, he just likes to read books and chill by the pool while his underlings take care of what he considers to be routine and mundane work. He even tells the world government that he doesn't give a **** about the power they grant him, he's only working with them for his own fun/amusement, NOT ambition. Nobody is typing him as ENTP because "he laughs a lot", he's ENTP because we type based on the cognitive functions here.
