Honestly no Offense the one mistake he made was not trusting himself enough I understand Tobirama is his brother but he knew who Madara actually was and Tobirama didn't so I understand Madara's anger because Hashirama made the one mistake of ignoring Madara's feelings pretty much asking him to bury his own feelings for peace a common problem for Fe user's hashirama should've addressed how madara felt then and there but instead they fought and hashirama killed him. Honestly there wouldn't be any plot if Hashirama didn't kill madara but I have noticed lately in a lot of ENFJ protagonist that they often don't believe in their decision making or they may ask people to bury their own feelings in order to achieve a greater goal knowing how someone else may feel in that certain situation but choosing peace and harmony over everything a good example of someone else doing this is All-Might.
