I dunno why my post got moved to community when I was actually talking about the character but ANYWAY here we go again. Toji is very obviously a Se-dom and is 100% a feeler especially when you compare him to his friend Kensuke. It's very interesting seeing a character like him in Evangelion because it's the equivalent of seeing a character like Kabuto Kouji from Mazinger or any other classic shonen/mecha hero in a messed up show like Evangelion. Naturally things don't end well for this guy because well if he WAS a pilot maybe things would go too smoothly. Again I point to this character when people talk about Misato being a Se-dom, if you are looking for the Se-dom of Eva look no further than this man. Hell he's so straight forward that when he DOES get to join in on the Eva mindgames segment he's just like "what are those guys arguing about?" And in other instances he's usually one of the voices of reason towards Shinji.
