I don‘t think her Ti is inferior. She is quite analytical and calculated at times and seems quite calm and collected for most of the time. I think she can have outbursts of her inferior Se in times, but I honestly doubt that it is tertiary. It is often quite unhealthy and impulsive when she uses it and often an expression of stress of anger. Her Ni seems to be her dominant function shown in her ability to predict possible future developments and her strong gut feelings and intuitive awareness of the things around her. Furthermore she is quite guarded and determined and has a clear vision for the future and what she wants.
