There is a clear reason why Rigby is the only person, apart from naive Pops and best buddy Fives, who actually LIKES Muscle Man, despite the events in Muscle Mentor, unlike most others who downright merely tolerate him for his industriousness like Benson or Skips, or simply loathe him like Mordecai and many other people in the show. Muscle Man and Rigby have nearly identical scores in Big Five, with Rigby being ‘one full notch’ more agreeable, since even though both are mostly impolite with others, Rigby is more compassionate and less/rarely intentional and forceful about his defiance and stubbornness, unlike Muscle Man. However, certain differences between the two which seem negligible on an observational level can be explained by cognitive functions and their stacks, which neither share. Rigby, despite being Fe-blind, has Fi, which is all about morals, which explains his genuine remorse and ability to take responsibility for whatever actions, how destructive as they may be, he does, whereas Muscle Man is far more charming on a surface level, but in behavior far more arrogant, condescending, and confrontational, like a typical Ti user. I feel like this is the most logically sound explanation as to why Rigby was able to gradually become much more agreeable from season 4 onwards even though he continued to be chided by Benson for some of his occasional ‘non-conscientious’ behaviors, whereas Muscle Man stayed the same as before.

Mitch "Muscle Man" Sorrenstein (voiced by #SamMarin) is an obese, green-skinned, and pig-nosed humanoid who works as a groundskeeper at the Park. He is very erratic and immature, often pulling pranks and joking around. He enjoys telling "My mom!" jokes, botched attempts at "Yo mama" jokes, much to the annoyance of everyone except Hi-Five Ghost, his best friend. Although he can be rude due to his ego, he is ultimately shown to be polite and caring toward his friends. At times, he can burst out on a rampage if he is greatly angered. “You know who else is ESTP? MY MOM!”
