She's an ISTJ in the books. She's very blunt, often disrespects people to their face, and only refrains herself when it could have a negative military impact. Doesn't care about harmony at all, no Fe whatsoever. Her Te-Fi is most obvious during the chapter where Robb wants to legitimize Jon Snow. Catelyn warns him that the direwolves have supernatural instincts, and insists he needs to be wary of people his direwolf growls at. Then in that very same chapter, she tells Robb that Jon is dangerous, and when he disagrees she literally asks herself in her head "I'm only speaking the truth, are men so feeble that they cannot hear it?" and Grey Wind growls at her, WHICH SHE COMPLETELY IGNORES. It's a common problem for ISTJs to perceive their own opinion or values as "fact" or as the "truth" (Te auxiliary), and to then proceed to conveniently disregard everything that contradicts it (Fi tertiary). In Catelyn's case, her hatred for the bastard blinds her so much that she can't even see how biased she is, to the point where she ends up ignoring her own advice she fervently gave mere pages ago.
