I used to to think INTJ but that's changed, he uses more Si and acts like an ISTJ like Vegeta. This manga is similar with the whole ENFP vs ISTJ dynamic in both series with Goku and Vegeta and Red and Green (Yes I prefer that name but call him blue if you wish). Which is interesting to watch and why it probably works so well because those types so completely and different.
