In his own words, as a teenager he fell in love with English, and almost every weekend or whenever he had free time he would go to the only big international hotel his city had and offer to give the tourists a free tour around his city just to practice his English and learn about their culture. Proceeds to start an internet company during the internet's naissance in his country. He can't possibly be anything other than an Ne dom. ISTJ votes make absolutely no sense. Total lack of Si. Really suspect reasoning skills makes me rule out Ti. Also don't see any Fe in him. Fi secondary makes sense.
