Although the INFJ in me would like to claim him as such, that is probably my superego talking, which should not be surprising given that the ISTJ & INFJ are superego to each other. Si-Te is shown in the way he trained Beatrix. Strict adherence to meticulous, methodical efficiency and repetition. He was also strict with rules, like the way he wouldn’t let her eat rice with her bare hands instead of the chopsticks.
