Lara Jean Song-Covey MBTI

I'll be honest, I struggle to comprehend where these arguments for ISFJ are coming from, she's the most glaring example of an INFP, in my opinion. From how she reacts to other people's problems to how she handles her own issues, everything is mostly centered around her and what she feels. The letters ALONE were good examples of inferior Te. The fact she wrote multiple letters to different boys professing her romantic feelings towards them but never actually sending them and only wrote them as a way to vent about her emotions whenever they get, and I quote, 'too intense' suggesting high Fi. She also fell in love with John Ambrose because when they attended that little party during their middle school days he was the only one that had the most outlandish costume aside from her and it was how he made HER feel less alienated was what made her like him - her attraction never went as far as how this particular boy acts around other people or any other defining qualities outside of her own perception of them, it was purely about how they made her feel special and how they fueled her fantasies of a fairytale-like romance (literally the opening of the first movie) She even DESPISES how extremely liked Peter is by everyone in their school and that it makes her feel like she has to compete for his attention and that she'll never be good enough - not ONCE has she ever looked at Peter's charm and great social skills as an admirable trait but instead, it always made her feel inferior because she feels like she has to alter herself to be his girlfriend (Fi) Plus her not wanting to deal with Josh's problems about her confessing her love to him and ignoring him throughout the duration of the first movie reeked unhealthy Fi, considering she only thought about how it made her feel and how it overwhelmed her, not once taking into account how confused and abandoned Josh probably felt. Not to mention she felt uncomfortable about boxing herself in one long-term goal and how she's always exploring multiple ideas and possibilities and isn't afraid to speak up about how she's changed her mind - the only reason she felt nervous to tell Peter about how she wanted to change colleges and go to NYU instead wasn't that she was afraid it'll hurt him, it was about how uncomfortable the confrontation may feel to her and how she didn't wanna lose the relationship she has with Peter and how it'll jeopardize her own plans (Fi) I can't stress this enough - Lara Jean has no trace of Fe. Literally, throughout all three movies, she has shown signs of a Fi-Si loop, a Te grip and you have to be on something to imply she has inferior Ne, just because she presents good ounces of Si does not mean it's a leading function. If anything, she only uses it when she's stressed and confides in comfort hobbies like cooking and baking but she scarcely lets it be the driving force of her decisions in life.
