I don‘t think the MC is an INTP at all. If you look at their interactions with an ESFP aka Sebastian who lacks logical thinking and reasoning, they sugarcoat their responses and don‘t rlly tell him what he has to hear (basically aren’t very straightforward) instead the Mc is very empathetic and tries to be as nice as possible. A Ti dom wouldn‘t do that. Also when we were in the undercroft with Sebastian and placed the last piece of the portrait together and viewed the memory, after we‘ve done that you can see Sebastian using his Se and Mc their Ni. Sebastian is focusing what‘s right infront of him (the memory and the possible cure for Anne) without realizing that smth is wrong there. While the Mc notices that. The Mc notices that there is smth worng with Isadora’s spell but doesn’t exactly know what.
