Strongly leaning towards INFJ. Regis is quite definitely an introvert (in Prologue: Parting Ways he even mentions that it is very hard for him to open up, and be honest with anyone besides a few trusted friends), despite seeming like an extrovert sometimes, when taking on the role of the leader (which can also be an INFJ trait). He is very much an idealist, despite often having to make a hard call, and he has very strong morals - despite anything he had to do, he deeply loved both his nation, and his family. He was also very empathic, and very much ready to play his role in any bigger fight. He is altruistic, which is once again a trait often associated with INFJ-s (it is mentioned that keeping up the Wall is draining his life energy, and is one of the reasons he can barely walk at a point but he does not plan to abandon his nation). As a prince, he was a member of the kingdom's Crownsguard along with Cid Sophiar, Clarus Amicitia, Cor Leonis and Weskham Armaugh during their battle on Accordo. Four years later, he ascended the throne following the death of his father, King Mors, and for 27 years has upheld the kingdom's peace. When Niflheim invades Insomnia, Regis is killed by Glauca despite his best efforts in trying to stop Aldercapt and Ardyn from stealing the Lucian Crystal.
