Also his approwch to persuading Kate (at first) to sign compliance documents. Also during the highway gunfight where he tried to descalate the situation. Overall he has an innate knowledge and understanding of people and social environments "you are no wolf, and this is a land of wolves now." His Ti and Se is very well developed for an INFJ likely due to circumstance and professio. Just because your cold and good with guns and solo assasinations doesent mean their ISTP.
