"Zachary Wakefield: a melancholy, but remorseless, inspector of police. He has recently been seconded to the Suppression Bureau." Inspector Wakefield is not a particularly strong hunter, lacking the Mystic aspect. His Grim aspect means that he cannot be driven insane with Lantern lore, but it also means that using Winter lore to accomplish the same purpose will be particularly effective. The most danger he will present will be from his Meticulous aspect, which will let him turn Notoriety into Evidence quickly and reliably. Recommend immediately dispatching him with a mid to high level summons before evidence builds up, or using Winter lore to drive him insane. Using Winter frequently also has the effect not of driving him insane, but of turning him into a Renegade, who will then become a rival in the player's ascension. He can then be recruited by invoking one's cult Aspect to the 21st degree, with a tool included as a permanent gift to show respect.
