She definitely seems like an Fe dom (ExFJ) and type 2 to me. She’s constantly helping Lorelai, Rory, and whoever else whenever they need it and always making food for others. She also isn’t very aware of her surroundings and I don’t see much Se in her She is 2w3 because I remember she wants to have others recognize her and her cooking. In one of the episodes she was freaking out because the food judge said her food was “fine” and she thought that was bad, so she was trying to figure out why he just said her food was “fine”.
