Coach Taylor is an extremely straight-forward and honest person with no time for anybody's bs and has pretty immovable morals that he constantly applies to himself and others. As a coach he plans one step at a time playing with whicever real time circumstances he has at hand, never unnecessrily jumping the gun. He plays hard and works hard and shows little to no interest in real life nicities like small talk When he knows Julie wants to have sex with Saracen he immediately tells her than boys think of sex 24/7 and that she better be smart and not fall in their games. When he needs advice to decide if firing an colleage or not he ask Tammi to guide him to take a decision not like his wife but like an unbiased and professional school conselour and as Tammi's sister is informed she got her degree and everybody celebrates he shows his happiness and support telling her he can help her set her up by networking her with people in the bussiness he knows. I pretty much agree with the consensus, ESTJ 1w9 seems about right
