She is one of the best examples of ESTJs on TV. She neglects her Fi in order to keep the hospital running and generally she has difficulty with her personal relationships. House keeps pushing her to give him everything he wants and she tolerates him out of the need for her baby (as he says, that's literally what she sees the hospital to be) to be and stay well adapted. She's more than willing to bend the rules because she knows them really well and that they are there just to protect the system, not because they are the best. She's strict too because not everyone is as willing as she is to sacrifice their lives for the hospital job! But at the end, that little Fi of hers really is the boss of things and her morals in the micro world with people she meets are getting better, although she's making all kinds of deals to get the money for the hospital
