A swordsman described as a worthy rival of one of Japan's prominent master swordsmen: Miyamoto Musashi. Sasaki was heralded as a genius of swordsmanship who mastered the Ganryuu school of swordplay at a young age. However, in the Nasuverse, "Sasaki Kojiro" was actually a fictional character; a blended conglomeration of stories about various swordsmen who fought against Musashi. As it is impossible for the Throne of Heroes to contain the soul of a fictional person, the "Sasaki Kojirou" summoned here is actually the person who is closest to the descriptions of Kojirou: a nameless swordsman from a humble farmstead who created the legendary "Swallow Reversal" technique attributed to Kojirou's legend.
