I think people voting Kagami are a bit overthinking it and mixing the functions up. To understand if he's an ESTP or ESFP, we need to understand the difference between Ti and Fi. Ti takes in and responds to information on a basis of the user's personal logic (what's true vs false in their eyes, often needing a proof). Also being connected to Fe, there can often be a background preference towards the ethics of a thing in a way to bring harmony to people. Fi takes in and responds to information on a basis of the user's personal values (what's right or wrong in their eyes). Also being connected to Te, there can often be a background preference towards the logical order of things in a way to bring harmony to the world. As for Kagami, rather than using his personal values (Fi) and predetermined order of things (Te), he uses his personal logic (Ti). You can say that he doesn't have Fe because he didn't care his teammates at first but it was just his detached logic when he didn't know how other players can be strong in their own ways too. His whole character development in KNB is about him getting experiences from playing with his Seirin teammates/GOM opponents and learning how to win together without putting all the pressure on himself, i.e. growing his Tert Fe.
