I don’t see Ne-Fi at all. In fact I find him to be more of an Fe-Si user; a team player working just with the goal of being able to support his family. A family man, truly. His motives aren’t selfish, but instead are a manifestation of his desire to take care of his family because to him if they’re happy he’s happy. I especially see Si. Introverted sensing, though subjective, when paired with extroverted feeling can produce a comforting psyche. Si is concerned with making things good for oneself; creating conditions that would produce a favourable sensory experience to the user. With Fe this can blossom into the production of pleasant sensory experiences for others. Not only does it make the user happy but others as well. This is why you’ll see ESFJ characters be considered loving and homey, like a warm fireplace. Probably one of the coolest imo characters even if he was initially a forgotten character.
