She’s intense and domineering, has a rigid ideal of propriety, and is extremely involved in “fixing” the lives of not just her family (from whom she expects obedience and order and flips out when Darcy strays from her arrangement with him and Anne) but will even go so far as to dictate the behaviors of her neighbors and later confront (read: bully) Elizabeth over her low connections when she hears the rumor that she and Mr Darcy are engaged.
