Why ESTJ? Imo, she's the definition of an unhealthy/toxic high Fe user. She's complicit in all the injustice going on in the school, even towards other women/girls like herself and decides to try to push them under the rug to maintain this false sense of "peace" in the general scope of the school at the expense of the girls' well beings, rather than focusing on their individual needs. This is unlike high Fi users in the movie like Vivian and especially Lucy, being the assertive and determined 8w7 she is. Also Marlene seems very obsessed with the image of the school and it's students, which is another reason why she's apathetic to Mitchell's toxic and bigoted behavior, because he's the captain of the damn football team.
